THERMAL NOTES
- Champions PCB in our LED tube is directly adhered to the glass wall, therefore the heat conduction area is larger to improve the heat dissipation.
- No manual labor was used for the process of sticking the PCB inside the glass tube, rather it is applied by auto-machine to ensure silica gel on the PCB is uniform.
- Our glass tube has a lower thermal conductivity than Aluminum.
Glass T8 LED Tube: Glass tube A is cooling by Thermal silica C between PCB board B and Glass tube.
Aluminum T8 LED Tube: Aluminum T8 LED Tube is cooling by the middle Aluminum.
